The Fascia Institute and Treatment Center (FIT) is a medical practice focused on fascia, the connective tissue network linking muscles, tendons, ligaments, bones, skin and organs. Led by Jacques Courseault, MD, the institute combines advanced ultrasound imaging with fascia-focused research and clinical care to support mobility, performance and overall well-being. Hydrofascia Release uses ultrasound-guided hydrodissection, offered with an anti-inflammatory approach or as dextrose prolotherapy for tissue repair.
