Our founder, Tonia, has a deep connection with fabric and sewing, stemming from her childhood memories of the cherished handmade items her grandmother and mother crafted for her. Sewing became her therapy and a way to express love. When tragedy struck and her premature child passed away, a handmade dress, hat, and blanket from the hospital touched her heart deeply.
This experience instilled a deeper meaning to her love of sewing, and she wanted to share that passion with others. Now, she and her high school sweetheart and partner run Bunbury Fabrics, making their dream come true. They aim to create a sense of comfort and joy by providing handmade gifts that bring comfort to those who need it most.
