Fastoche Child Care App

Fastoche is a Canadian, bilingual child care management software provider serving daycare centres across the country. Developed with early childhood education professionals and child care directors, its mobile platform brings essential centre information and daily operations together in one place. The software helps educators and administrators manage attendance and check-ins, children’s files, medical details, allergies, medications, authorized pickups, accident reports, staff records, timesheets, and visual staff and child scheduling.

Fastoche also supports communication between centres, staff, and families. Centres can send messages by text or email, share children’s daily journals with photos and videos, and create live communication posts. Additional tools include parent billing statements, tax receipts, reports, automated reminders for important expiry dates, and a status board showing children’s locations in real time. The service is designed to reduce paperwork and administrative work while enabling access from mobile devices. Data protection includes two-tier authentication and end-to-end encryption. Fastoche offers month-to-month subscriptions priced by the number of children at each site, with unlimited users and devices, technical support, automated daily backups, and updates included.
