The Father First Initiative is a statewide and community-driven brand that empowers fathers to embrace their unique roles in their children's lives. The initiative believes that every father is the dad their kids need, providing resources, encouragement, and connection to support them in learning and growing. The brand stands together with dads, emphasizing that perfection is not required, but being present is key.

The initiative aims to challenge, encourage, equip, and empower dads and organizations focused on fatherhood, ultimately improving the lives of Florida's children. By supporting dads in loving their children, encouraging other dads, and mentoring young fathers, The Father First Initiative is creating a new generation of healthy families in Florida.
