Fathom North is an independently owned pediatric therapy clinic being developed in Oak Creek, Wisconsin, to serve families in Milwaukee’s south suburbs. The clinic is planned to open in 2027 with applied behavior analysis (ABA) and speech therapy, with occupational therapy intended for a later phase. Its services are being designed to coordinate under one roof, around a shared plan for each child.

Fathom North emphasizes individualized care, deliberately small caseloads, family involvement, and communication in plain English. Its planned approach includes therapy built around children’s goals and interests, progress reviews, and clear updates about daily experiences and next steps. The clinic also aims to create a welcoming environment for parents and siblings, with predictable routines and support for families navigating a diagnosis.

As the clinic is still being built, these offerings and care practices describe its plans rather than services currently available. Fathom North says it is establishing its operating model and commitments before opening, with a focus on understanding each child and helping families find an appropriate path forward.
