Fat Rack Ranch

Fat Rack Ranch is a family-run deer business established in 2022 in Lake Helen, Florida. The ranch focuses on raising and breeding Texas whitetail deer, with careful attention to the animals and the quality of its breeding stock. It sells deer to preserves and ranches, including trophy bucks intended as shooter bucks and breeding animals. The ranch also offers bucks, does, and antlers for sale, serving customers interested in whitetail deer and related products.

Owner Anthony Troy brings a lifelong interest in animals and nature to the operation. Raised in Lake Helen, he spent his free time outdoors exploring, hunting, and fishing, and developed experience in raising well-bred deer. He describes researching the game-farm venture extensively and acquiring genetics from trophy-typical whitetails measuring more than 200 inches. Fat Rack Ranch also provides darting and tagging services for farms. The business reflects Troy’s appreciation for the preservation and restoration of the outdoors.
