FATS GYM is a Manchester-based boxing and fitness organisation founded in 1995. Since 24 April 2025, it has operated as a nonprofit Community Interest Company, reflecting its commitment to community impact. The gym provides boxing and fitness training for people with varied experience and skill levels, with a focus on discipline, concentration and self-confidence as well as physical fitness. Its facilities include a boxing ring, heavy and speed bags, a cardio area and a weightlifting section.
Training options include mixed boxing and Muay Thai classes for ages 11 and older on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, plus a Saturday combat boot camp for children aged eight and up when accompanied by an adult. Sessions are listed from £10. The gym also features events, gym bookings, event highlights, club donations and a Combat Adventure offering. Its coaching draws on professional boxing and Muay Thai experience, including a trainer’s background as a former British Muay Thai champion and English international.
