I FBX Therapie

FBX Therapie is a holistic therapy practice founded by Franziska Boxhammer, a state-recognised human physiotherapist and horse osteopath. Its work focuses on supporting well-being, mobility, recovery and pain relief for both people and horses through individually tailored treatment.

For people, FBX Therapie offers physiotherapy alongside manual therapy, manual lymphatic drainage and massage. The practice also provides children’s yoga and baby massage, drawing on Franziska’s qualifications as a certified instructor in systemic, holistic baby massage and children’s yoga.

For horses, services include physiotherapy and osteopathy, with treatments adapted to each animal’s needs. Additional methods may be used where appropriate, including dry needling, leech therapy, Matrix Rhythm Therapy, tuning forks, taping and Novafon. Franziska has completed specialist training in leech therapy through the German Institute for Equine Osteopathy and in dry needling with its founder, Andrea Schachinger.
