FC Fantasy League is a free, fan-made online career mode for EA FC, bringing real managers together to compete in a player-versus-player football league. Participants are assigned a club and build its squad in EA FC by mirroring the official team shown on the website. The experience uses original release-day squad ratings rather than later winter updates, while leaving tactics, formations and playing style to each manager.

The league combines match play with team management and transfer activity. Managers arrange fixtures with opponents through Discord, play their matches, and submit results for approval. Standings update as results are recorded, and participants can earn tokens by playing and winning. Players can negotiate swaps with other managers or use tokens in Recruitment Drives to strengthen their squads. The site also provides team management tools, fixtures, a transfer market, free agents, scouting, youth academy features, auctions, league tables, statistics and season history. Seasons reset with fresh squads, keeping competition renewed.
