2010 թվականին կառուցվել է եվրոպական չափանիշներին համապատասխան սննդի և դեղերի փորձաքննության լաբորատորիա: Էֆ Դի Էյ Լաբ / ԷՖ-ԴԻ-ԷՅ Լաբորատորիան ի սկզբանե նախագծվել և կառուցվել է GLP/ՊԼԳ՝ պատշաճ լաբորատոր գործունեություն և ISO/IEC 17025 միջազգային ստանդարտներին համապատասխան: Լաբորատորիան ունի 4 տարբեր բաժիններ՝ Սննդի որակի և անվտանգության փորձարկման բաժին, Դեղերի փորձարկման և կենսահամարժեքության բաժին, Ծխախոտի փորձարկման բաժին, Մանրէաբանական փորձարկման բաժին Դրանցից յուրաքանչյուրը հագեցված է արդի, գերհզոր և ավտոմատացված սարքավորումներով, որոնք թույլ են տալիս կատարել նմուշի արագ, հուսալի և ճշգրիտ փորձաքննություն:
