Flight Data Engineering Solutions (FDES) provides flight recorder readout, analysis, and related services to support aircraft operators, maintenance, repair and overhaul providers, and leasing companies worldwide. The company helps customers meet applicable regulatory requirements for the airworthiness and operational approval of digital cockpit voice and flight data recording systems. Its services include flight data recorder (FDR) and cockpit voice recorder (CVR) readouts, data downloads, and serviceability checks, with an emphasis on reducing turnaround time and making compliance tasks easier to complete.

FDES analyzes mandatory and non-mandatory flight data parameters to give customers a detailed view of recorded information and recording-system health. Its CVR services include audio analysis and intelligibility checks across available channels. The company also provides reports that explain discrepancies and their potential impact, supporting maintenance planning and airworthiness checks. For flight safety boards and incident investigations, FDES offers recorder data analysis and three-dimensional flight data animations synchronized with cockpit voice and instrumentation. These visualizations help present findings and examine cause-and-effect relationships in recorded flight data.
