Featherbank Selection

Featherbank Selection is a family-run executive search and recruitment firm focused on health and social care, care homes, and later living. Its mission is to help providers build effective leadership teams through a personal, people-centred approach that prioritises the right fit between candidates and organisations. Rather than simply filling vacancies, Featherbank combines sector knowledge, close partnership and advanced profiling to assess candidates’ skills, experience and alignment with a client’s culture and values.

The company specialises in headhunting for senior management and leadership roles, including hard-to-reach candidates who may not be actively seeking a move. Clients can choose from three service models, with support spanning role definition, candidate search and vetting, shortlisting, market and salary insight, and communication throughout the process. Featherbank also works closely with candidates, offering tailored guidance and a responsive experience from initial conversation through appointment. Its recruitment partnerships serve organisations across care and later living, and the firm highlights a candidate retention rate of 87% after one year and a replacement guarantee of up to 12 months.
