Feather Dog Outfitters

Feather Dog Outfitters is a hunting and fishing guide service based in Sonoma County, serving clients across Northern California. Led by Captain Gregg Holland, a Bay Area native with more than 40 years of experience, the outfitter aims to make each trip enjoyable from planning through the on-the-water experience. Its offerings include Sonoma Coast light-tackle fishing, fly fishing, and diver and sea duck hunts.

Fishing trips range from salmon mooching and other inshore light-gear adventures to saltwater fly fishing for species such as striped bass, halibut, rockfish, and sharks. The company also takes advantage of inland lakes, rivers, and Delta waters for fishing that may include stripers, steelhead, and largemouth and smallmouth bass. For waterfowl enthusiasts, Feather Dog Outfitters offers sea duck hunting in the Bay Area, including layout hunts from a two-person boat positioned among the decoys. The website provides trip rates and policies, photo galleries, testimonials, and contact details to help prospective clients choose an outing and plan their adventure.
