About Fédération Addiction
Fédération Addiction is a leading network of organizations and professionals in the field of addiction in France. With over 850 health institutions and services, as well as 500 individual members, including doctors, pharmacists, psychologists, and social workers, the federation is dedicated to combating the stigma associated with addiction and providing tailored responses to individuals' needs. Their network comprises structures and professionals in care, education, prevention, support, and harm reduction.
The federation works towards decompartmentalizing approaches and structures, developing collective expertise rooted in field practices, and promoting users' recognition as citizens. They advocate for a paradigm shift in drug policy, emphasizing the regulation of access to products, early intervention programs, harm reduction, and prevention campaigns.
