Federació Catalana de Caça

The Catalan Hunting Federation is a private, non-profit organization representing nearly 1,000 hunting societies and associations across Catalonia. It advocates for hunters’ rights and promotes responsible, sustainable hunting, with an emphasis on respect for wildlife, local communities and the natural environment. The federation also highlights hunting’s contribution to habitat protection, rural livelihoods and the management of natural resources.

Its website provides information on hunting regulations, official notices, seasonal rules, news, competitions, training and biodiversity. Members and affiliated societies can access practical support, including accounting and tax advice, guidance on administrative requirements, federated licences, hunting-dog veterinary assistance insurance and hunting management plans. The federation also offers membership information, territorial representation and access to documents and services for federated users.

Additional resources include information about game meat, news and recipes for large and small game, as well as a shop. Through its services and communications, the federation connects hunting organizations across Catalonia and supports their participation in a regulated, sustainable approach to hunting and land stewardship.
