The Romanian Federation of Krav Maga Kapap Defensystem is a non-political organization with no religious affiliation, dedicated to supporting and developing martial arts, self-defense and survival skills throughout Romania. It offers training courses and educational activities, including themed camps and team-building programs, delivered by specialists in areas such as edged and firearms, VIP protection, outdoor navigation, and urban and wilderness survival in all seasons.
The federation also welcomes martial arts clubs and associations to affiliate, regardless of their size, age, membership or style, and whether or not they already belong to another organization. Its work promotes martial arts, practical protection skills, survival training and sport as a foundation for health and longevity.
A central offering is Krav Maga Stick-Fight, a system developed by SGM Vasile Niță. It combines civilian and military self-defense with a competitive discipline, including training designed for people who may be physically smaller than an attacker. Competitions have amateur, semi-professional and professional categories, with rules intended to support fair, controlled contact.
