The Federación Madrileña de Boxeo is the official organisation dedicated to promoting and supporting boxing across the Community of Madrid. It works to strengthen the sport and its community, encouraging personal and athletic development and promoting the values associated with boxing. The federation serves clubs, gyms, coaches, athletes and other participants, and provides information and resources to help them take part in organised boxing.

Its services include federation membership and licences, competition calendars, results and rankings, and details of events, including featured championships. The organisation also offers training courses for technical staff, coaches and referees, alongside documents such as regulations, circulars and licence applications. It provides information about sports accident insurance, medical requirements and accident reporting; the federation notes that non-competing participants at affiliated clubs, gyms and technical staff must hold a federation licence for training-related accident cover.

The website also features news, competition galleries and information about educational boxing. Based in Madrid, the federation shares updates on tournaments, athlete support and developments in the local boxing community.
