Healthy Little Foodies is a recipe and information website created to help families nourish babies and children with practical, appealing food. Founded by Amy, a food scientist and mother of two, the brand shares recipes designed for babies and kids while remaining enjoyable for the whole family. Its content covers different stages and approaches to feeding, including first foods, traditional weaning and baby-led weaning, as well as meals for toddlers and school-aged children.
The recipe collection includes purees, veggie-packed meals, family dinners, snacks, frozen treats and lunchbox ideas. Examples range from baby omelettes, fruit purees and cottage cheese egg bites to vegetable muffins, pasta salad, lentil dishes and nut-free energy balls. Lunchbox recipes are described as nut-free, suitable for storing, and often freezer-friendly. Many baby-friendly recipes feature fruit or vegetables and are low in sodium with no refined sugars.
Alongside recipes, Healthy Little Foodies provides feeding guides, lunchbox inspiration, articles and a free e-book about raising healthy little foodies.
