Following God’s will and Blessed Mary Angela’s directive to “serve where you are needed,” they have founded, sponsor or serve at more than 40 ministries throughout North America and Haiti.

About Felician Sisters of North America
The Felician Sisters of North America, a community of vowed women religious, uphold the legacy of Blessed Mary Angela by serving those in need. Established in 1855, our Sisters follow God's call to go out and provide social services, education, and care across the U.S., Canada, and Haiti. Inspired by St. Francis of Assisi, we embrace simplicity, compassion, and environmental stewardship through our Franciscan spirituality.
Our Sisters live in contemplative-active communities, blending prayer life with ministry to support individuals with disabilities, marginalized communities, at-risk youth, and seniors. As pioneers in social services and education, we empower women, foster community, advocate for peace, and offer hope to all in need.
