Felicity Nannies & Signature Placements is a Germany-based agency specialising in the discreet placement of high-quality childcare and private household professionals. Working with families across Europe, the Middle East, the United Kingdom and worldwide, the agency aims to match each household with candidates suited to its needs, languages and circumstances.

Its childcare placements include professional career nannies, governesses and travel or temporary-care professionals. For newborn and postnatal support, the agency represents experienced non-medical maternity nurses as well as qualified registered nurses specialising in newborn care. It also places household staff, including experienced housekeepers who can assist with cleaning, organisation, home cooking and laundry.

Felicity Nannies serves both families and candidates, with application routes for nannies and maternity nurses, and provides information for clients on agency fees and salary guidelines. The agency describes its approach as attentive and carefully matched, with an emphasis on children’s safety, wellbeing and development, and on clear, considerate communication between families and professionals. Its services cover short-term needs, travel support and longer-term placements.
