Feliti

Feliti is a Czech spay and neuter program dedicated to improving the lives of abandoned and free-roaming cats. Its mission is to reduce the suffering caused by unwanted litters and humanely limit the number of stray cats living on streets, in gardens, courtyards and housing estates. The program primarily helps fund sterilisation for cats and tomcats without identifiable owners, who are returned to their original locations after treatment. It also supports people who understand the importance of sterilisation but cannot afford the cost, including people experiencing financial hardship or homelessness.

Alongside practical assistance, Feliti raises awareness about cat sterilisation and provides information on procedures, their benefits and common misconceptions. Its website shares stories about cats helped through the program, as well as educational materials, leaflets and details about animal shelters. Supporters can donate, request help with sterilisation or contribute in other ways. Feliti reports that, with public support, it has helped sterilise more than 10,234 cats and tomcats, working toward fewer unwanted kittens and better lives for vulnerable animals.
