About Future Energy Leaders Romania
FEL Romania is an integral part of the global youth network of the World Energy Council Future Energy Leaders. As the youth program of the Romanian National Committee of the World Energy Council (CNR-CME), FEL Romania aims to empower the next generation. Our community comprises young professionals who engage in idea exchange and project development.
Our objectives include enhancing the professionalism of young energy enthusiasts, fostering skills for the fourth industrial revolution, increasing employability, and boosting youth presence in decision-making roles. We also focus on facilitating communication among generations and accelerating the transition to a clean energy-based economy to reduce environmental impact. At FEL Romania, we offer educational programs, awareness initiatives, local policy analyses, and international collaborations to address current and future energy challenges effectively.
