FemaleMind is a psychology and coaching practice in Dronten, Flevoland, founded by Annemarie, a GZ-psychologist specializing in women’s mental health and the effects of hormonal changes. The practice supports women aged 18 and over who experience psychological difficulties linked to the menstrual cycle, pregnancy, childbirth, or perimenopause. These may include mood swings, anxiety, low mood, anger, or irritability that affect daily life and relationships.

FemaleMind offers psychological care within the Dutch basic mental healthcare system, alongside coaching informed by scientific knowledge. Services include support for premenstrual syndrome (PMS), assessment and treatment for suspected premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), and help with premenstrual exacerbation (PME). The practice also addresses birth trauma, prenatal and postnatal concerns, and mental health challenges during perimenopause. Its approach considers each person in the context of her life, combining psychology with attention to nutrition and lifestyle. Clients work with the psychologist to understand their experiences, build practical coping skills, and improve balance between body and mind.
