Femmes Digitales | Baku is a non-profit organization called Femmes Digitales – Public Association that aims to bridge the gender gap in the tech industry. With over 200 members, our community is one of the largest in Azerbaijan, dedicated to empowering women and girls in both rural and urban areas. Our goal is to inspire and encourage their interest in technology and IT fields.

Our organization hosts events that bring together diverse innovators and women involved in STEM and TECH fields, such as scientists, ICT specialists, engineers, researchers, academics, and students. We also welcome women from legal, accounting, HR, and marketing backgrounds who share an interest in the tech sector. We strongly believe in collaboration and invite men to join us as champions of change, working towards fair recognition and opportunities for women.

Founded on December 3rd, 2014, Femmes Digitales has been instrumental in helping women and girls realize their ambitions, reach their full potential, and gain the recognition they deserve.
