Femmes Pilotes is a brand that represents the Association Française des Femmes Pilotes (AFFP) - an organization that brings together women pilots, both private and professional, as well as women in aviation who share a common passion for flying. Their aim is to promote and support women pilots in France by providing financial, human, and material resources. The association covers various activities in the nine French air sports federations, including ultralight aircraft, gliding, airplanes, parachuting, free flight, helicopters, ballooning, aeronautics modeling, amateur aircraft construction, and drones.

In addition to supporting women pilots, AFFP also conducts educational activities in schools and for the general public to highlight the significant role of women in aviation history. Femmes Pilotes recently celebrated its 50th anniversary and continues to work towards the integration and advancement of women in aviation.
