His restaurant presents a seafood-inspired New American experience shaped by seasonal cooking, local and sustainable sourcing, and a balance of culinary tradition and innovation.

Guests can choose among three distinct settings. The intimate Dining Room offers an à la carte menu, attentive service, and a measured pace designed for a refined evening. At the Chef’s Counter, diners experience an eight-course tasting menu that tells a personal story through flavor, technique, and presentation, with an optional curated wine pairing. Skip’s Lounge provides a more relaxed atmosphere, featuring shareable plates and expressive cocktails, with no reservations required.

FĒNIKS also offers reservations, gift cards, and event information. Located at 75 Jobs Lane, the restaurant welcomes guests for dinner on Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday; it is closed Tuesday and Wednesday. Reservations are encouraged for the Dining Room and required for the Chef’s Counter.
