Fenritec Alpha is a European collaborative cloud service designed to help businesses store, share, and protect their files without complex IT setup. Its applications for PC and Mac support real-time document co-editing, synchronization, and automatic backups, while users can restore files with one click after accidental deletion, device failure, or a cyber incident. The service emphasizes data control and confidentiality, with data and backups hosted in France, Germany, and Luxembourg under GDPR-compliant arrangements.

Customers can securely send large files, share creative projects and media, archive sensitive documents, and collaborate with clients and partners using comments, versioning, and managed access permissions. Fenritec Alpha also provides immutable backups, options for extended recovery periods, and storage plans ranging from a free 15 GB account to larger individual and team plans. Team features include an administration console, user management, and migration assistance. The company offers human support, including help with deployment and migration, as well as an On-Premise option.
