About Florida Emergency Preparedness Association
The Florida Emergency Preparedness Association (FEPA) is a premier association of professional Emergency Managers in Florida. Established in 1956, FEPA is a private non-profit corporation registered with the Florida Department of State and designated as a 501(c)(3) by the IRS. FEPA's mission is to create an educational network between emergency managers and their partners at various levels, including federal, state, county, municipal, tribal, volunteer, and private industry.
They aim to address critical emergency management issues and provide a platform for learning and sharing among professionals.
