Ferme des Piguets

Ferme Avicole des Piguets is a family-run poultry farm established in 1987 in Sainte-Croix-en-Bresse, in the Bresse Louhannaise region of France. Managed by farmers Sylvie and Joseph Vitellaro, the 14-hectare farm raises and sells poultry with attention to animal welfare and sanitary standards. Its range includes young birds, raised on the farm for three to four weeks after arriving as day-old chicks, and adult hens ready to lay.

Available breeds include red, black, Sussex, ash-grey and speckled-grey hens, alongside young chickens, guinea fowl, turkeys and ducks. The farm serves both private customers and professional buyers. Individuals can purchase poultry directly at the farm, at markets and fairs, including the Monday market in Louhans, as well as through partner shops.

Professionals can source young poultry for rearing and resale through short supply chains. Live-animal deliveries are handled by qualified personnel using approved, suitable vehicles.
