About Ferme Bio
Ferme Bio is a renowned brand located in Jarzé, France, specializing in organic farming since 1998. With three partners and one employee, they have transformed their wheat into a range of delicious specialité au Blé Bio products since 2013. Their Limousine cattle herd is exclusively fed with grass from the farm's pastures and home-grown cereals.
Ferme Bio offers a diverse selection of organic wheat-based specialties, including twists, tagliatelle, and lasagna. By implementing slow drying at low temperatures, they retain the nutrients and flavor of the wheat. Utilizing bronze molds during shaping enhances sauce adherence, while stone milling ensures the flour remains unoxidized.
The brand's commitment to sustainability is reflected in their fully recyclable packaging. These delectable products can be found in specialized organic stores, community organizations, farmer's markets, and are also available for direct purchase from the farm. Additionally, Ferme Bio raises a herd of 80 Limousine cows, providing organic meat that is sold through a local collective and directly in the form of meat packages.
They also offer seasonal veal. Regular product sales occur throughout the year at their shop, where customers can purchase meat packages, wheat specialties, and flour. For more information, customers can reach out through email or phone
