Ferm’Envie is an association of four farming families, founded in 2012 to bring local farm products directly to customers. It operates producer-owned stores in Serres-Castet and Pau-Bizanos, in the Béarn region near the Pyrenees. The first store opened in Serres-Castet in December 2012, followed by the Pau-Bizanos location in 2015. Today, more than 130 suppliers contribute products to the two stores.

Ferm’Envie works with farmers who grow or raise their own ingredients and transform them into products for sale. Its range includes fresh, seasonal fruit and vegetables and other farm-made goods, with a focus on quality, freshness and regional sourcing. More than 80% of its producers are located within 100 kilometres of the stores. The association also highlights individual producers, such as the Domaine de Montesquiou, whose organic vineyards produce Jurançon wines and a sparkling wine. Customers can explore producer information, read food and seasonal updates, and take part in cooking classes. The stores’ teams offer a welcoming experience and advice grounded in their knowledge of the products.
