Ferndale Pet

Ferndale Pet Travel provides professional, caring pet relocation services through its Singapore office, an extended team of Ferndale Kennels & Cattery in Hong Kong. Established in 1994, the Hong Kong business has been an IPATA member since 1997 and has shipped thousands of pets. The team helps families move dogs, cats and other pets internationally, whether travelling into or out of Singapore, with door-to-door transport or support for specific parts of the process.

Services include guidance on Singapore’s animal health and vaccination requirements, arranging pet-friendly airline bookings, coordinating arrival inspections and managing export and import procedures. The team also handles trips to veterinary appointments and flight departures, and can arrange boarding alongside transport. Each relocation is tailored to the pet’s needs, with attention to secure carriers, suitable transportation and animal welfare throughout the journey.

The business is led by veterinarian Dr Matthew Murdoch, whose experience and focus on pet health inform its approach.
