FerryFetch

FerryFetch is an independent live ferry-tracking service that helps travelers follow sailings and plan their journeys. Available in any modern browser without an account, it combines vessel positions received through AIS with operators’ published timetables to show whether a ferry is on time, running late, or expected to arrive, along with the vessel and an estimated arrival time. Its coverage includes BC Ferries, Hullo, Washington State Ferries, Coho Ferry and FRS Clipper, with routes across British Columbia, Puget Sound, the San Juan Islands and crossings to Victoria.

The free web service offers live status, route schedules, terminal departure and arrival boards, vessel pages and a tracking map. Schedules reflect time changes and seasonal or holiday exceptions, while selected sailings show vehicle-deck availability. FerryFetch also presents route weather risk and check-in information, and lets users share a crossing or sync sailings with a calendar. Travelers can collect illustrated Ferry Stamps for ports and islands visited. iOS and Android apps are planned, with delay and cancellation notifications among the upcoming features; users can join the waitlist for access.
