The Federazione Europea Scuola Kung Fu “Fong Ttai” (FESK) is a premier Italian association founded in 2002, dedicated to the promotion and practice of traditional Kung Fu as taught by Master Chang Dsu Yao. Spearheaded by Master Gianluigi Bestetti, a sixth-degree black belt in Shaolin and Tai Chi, FESK cultivates a profound appreciation for martial arts, merging rigorous training with cultural heritage. The name “Fong Ttai” translates to "Abundance of Peace," reflecting the organization’s commitment to fostering harmony through martial practices.
FESK offers a range of classes including black belt training, instructor courses, and advanced workshops, ensuring that members receive comprehensive instruction. In addition to martial arts training, the federation also hosts events and publishes specialized technical manuals detailing the Kung Fu forms, complete with historical insights and detailed photographs. Members have access to diverse disciplines such as Yoga, Reiki, and Afro Dance, truly embodying the spirit of holistic well-being. FESK is more than a training center; it is a nurturing community dedicated to the legacy of Kung Fu.
