Festa das Flores Joinville

Festa das Flores is the most traditional flower festival in Brazil, held annually in November in Joinville, Santa Catarina. Celebrating its 84th edition from November 12 to 17, this iconic event transforms Joinville into a vibrant floral paradise at the Expoville convention center. Originally started in 1936, the festival showcases breathtaking exhibitions of thousands of orchids and ornamental plants, attracting approximately 100,000 visitors from around the globe.

Organized by the Agremiação Joinvilense de Amadores de Orquídeas (AJAO), the festival features a myriad of attractions, including the prestigious orchid competition, plant market, gardening workshops, and a diverse culinary area with gourmet food trucks and local delicacies. Additional entertainment is provided through cultural performances and contests like the "Flor da Melhor Idade."
