The Festival International Cubano (FIC), organised by the 84 Havana Association with support from the City of Orange, is a celebration of Cuban music, dance and cultural heritage. Held from 23 to 26 October 2026 at Espace Alphonse Daudet in Orange, France, the festival connects Cuba and Europe through live performances, education and community events. Its programme includes concerts by Cuban and international orchestras, dance workshops, before parties, DJ sets, a Columbia contest and a DJ battle.
More than 15 dance masters and guest musicians lead sessions exploring salsa, son cubano, Cuban rumba and Afro-Cuban traditions, with classes, danced lectures and educational shows that place dance in its historical context. Founded in 2011, the festival has welcomed participants from more than 33 countries and features artists from Cuba and across Europe. Visitors can choose full passes, evening passes or individual workshops through the official ticketing page.
The event also offers volunteering opportunities and encourages guests to experience Orange’s local hotels, restaurants and shops during the festival
