FetusPlus USA is a privacy-aware platform that connects intended parents, gestational carriers, and surrogacy agencies through structured, consent-based matching workflows. Users can create private profiles, browse limited previews of real profiles, and express interest when their role and access allow. They may pursue a journey independently or with agency support, with next steps managed through the platform.

FetusPlus keeps personal contact details and photos off public profiles and limits access to full profiles, messages, and sensitive matching preferences through role, access, and consent gates. Conversations can take place inside the service where available; contact information is shared only when a request is made and both parties agree. The platform offers role-specific profile setup and pathways for agencies to connect with intended parents. Agency profiles may be reviewed for platform access, but this is not an endorsement. FetusPlus describes profile previews as real and subject to review or moderation where applicable, while noting that verification does not establish legal, medical, background, or outcome credentials.
