FEWA Global, the Federation of Employers & Workers of America, supports employers and workers involved in the H-2A and H-2B guest worker programs. The organization also connects members with affiliate and partner organizations, whose H-2 services may offer first-year savings to new FEWA members.

FEWA provides information about the H-2A program for qualifying employers seeking temporary, full-time agricultural workers, and the H-2B program for businesses facing seasonal labor shortages in non-agricultural work. FEWA states that it does not recruit workers and cautions applicants never to pay anyone for hiring them on an H-2 visa.
