Fondo Formación Euskadi is a training and employment organization with more than 35 years of experience helping people develop their skills and improve their employment prospects. Working through public-private collaboration, it supports professional and business performance through practical, tailored learning and employment initiatives. The organization offers subsidized and non-subsidized courses for employed people and jobseekers across fields including administration, healthcare, logistics, digital skills, hospitality, electrical work, and safety.

Its specialist services include accredited training in logistics and machinery, occupational safety courses for Petronor contractors, and basic vocational training. For businesses and other organizations, Fondo Formación Euskadi designs customized training programs and provides training consultancy. It also develops employment and social inclusion projects, recruitment and work-placement support, European projects, and local economic development initiatives.

In collaboration with Lanbide, it provides employment guidance for jobseekers and connects former students with employers through a job board.
