FFI Brydning

FFI Brydning is a wrestling club based in Frederikshavn, Denmark, welcoming children, young people and adults to take part in the sport. The club presents wrestling as an enjoyable activity for everyone, combining physical training, play and a strong sense of community. Sessions help participants develop coordination, balance, flexibility, strength, fitness and wrestling technique, with activities adapted to experience and age.

FFI Brydning offers several training groups, from Bøfler for children aged three to six through youth and advanced teams for older participants. Girls are encouraged to join dedicated groups, where they train together and practise freestyle wrestling. The club also provides sessions for recreational wrestlers. Prospective members can visit a suitable training session, meet a coach and try wrestling for up to four weeks before deciding whether to join.

Beyond regular training, the club shares news, events, calendars and competition information, including activities such as Venne Cup and wrestling school.
