FFXIV Swap is a vibrant Discord community dedicated to fans of Final Fantasy XIV, where creativity and character sharing take center stage. Originating as a group of players eager to craft art and stories for one another, it has evolved into a quarterly gift swap event. Participants are paired randomly and tasked with creating unique gifts featuring each other's original characters (OCs). With no specific requirements beyond a commitment to create, members can contribute a variety of artistic expressions, including fanfiction, art, recipes, and even physical items.

The platform emphasizes inclusivity and respect, cultivating a welcoming environment for all fans, regardless of their participation level in the swaps. Although themes are provided for inspiration, they remain optional to encourage individual creativity. The server also facilitates communication between partners to ensure a smooth swap experience. With its focus on collaboration and creativity, FFXIV Swap not only celebrates the game but also fosters lasting friendships among its members.
