The Fondation Gandur pour l’Art was established as a not-for-profit organization by Jean Claude Gandur in 2010, in order to ensure public access to his world-class collections. Based in Geneva, Switzerland, the Foundation’s mission is to preserve, document, enrich and exhibit its collections in museums and other prestigious venues in Switzerland and abroad.

About Fondation Gandur pour l'Art
The Fondation Gandur pour l'Art, established in 2010 by Jean Claude Gandur, is a prominent cultural institution located in Geneva, Switzerland, dedicated to making its extensive international art collections accessible to the public. Recognized for its public utility, the foundation plays a vital role in preserving, documenting, enriching, and exhibiting its collections in renowned institutions both in Switzerland and abroad. It is involved in various exhibitions, like the upcoming In the Eye of the Collector, set to take place from June 26 to September 28, 2025, at the City Hall of Caen, highlighting the collector's journey.
Active in promoting the arts, the foundation also collaborates with other institutions for temporary exhibitions, such as Timeless Views: From Pharaohs to Today and By All the Gods! Moreover, the foundation is preparing for the inauguration of its future museum by 2030, which will feature a diverse range of collections, spanning archaeology, fine arts, decorative arts, and contemporary African art, ensuring a rich cultural dialogue and engagement for audiences
