About Federal Housing Authority Nigeria
The Federal Housing Authority (FHA) is a wholly owned agency of the Federal Government of Nigeria, established to promote urban development across Nigeria. Supervised by the Federal Ministry of Works and Housing, the FHA is charged with proposing national housing programs, making recommendations to the government on urban and regional planning, and executing approved housing programs. The authority offers a range of properties and architectural plans for sale, including 5-bedroom detached duplexes, 3-bedroom terrace duplexes, and apartment options in various locations such as Abuja's Apo, Guzape, and Zuba areas.
In addition, the FHA is involved in ongoing and upcoming projects such as the development of a diaspora city and the proposed FHA headquarters. With a mission to promote housing delivery in sustainable settlements and a vision to facilitate access to sustainable housing solutions, the FHA is committed to being a leader in housing development and urban planning
