The building itself has a fascinating history, starting as an almshouse in the early 1600s and later serving various purposes such as a town hall, fire station, library, and marketplace. It even hosted the first Country Market in Ireland. Thanks to restoration efforts led by the Friends of Fethard group, the Tholsel building and the surrounding town walls have been restored to their former glory, reviving the medieval charm of Fethard.

The brand has also collaborated with Coolmore and Event Communications to create an interactive experience that brings the history and stories of the region to life.
