Fiddlefigg AKC Chihuahuas is a family-based breeder in Raleigh, North Carolina, specializing in AKC Chihuahuas. The dogs have long or smooth coats and come in a variety of colors and patterns. The breeder also focuses on merle-patterned Chihuahuas, with breeding guided by responsible practices and club standards.
Fiddlefigg began with two dogs, Fiddle and Figg, selected for qualities intended to support healthy, happy future generations. Breeding dogs are chosen for health, temperament, and alignment with the AKC standard. The breeder reports that all parent dogs are tested for more than 207 genetic health conditions and traits, while noting that genetic testing does not replace routine veterinary screening. The dogs live in the owner’s home as part of the family.
Fiddlefigg offers puppies and, at times, available adult dogs. Prospective adopters can review available pets and upcoming litters, then submit a detailed application for consideration. Puppy pricing, deposits, and nationwide shipping information are also provided. The website shares updates, educational articles, video tutorials, and care resources for Chihuahua owners.
