Absolut Fidelia is a Guggenmusik group from the Linth region, bringing together around 40 members and three trial members to make music and celebrate during Switzerland’s carnival season. The group has pursued its carnival traditions for more than 50 years, with a focus on enjoying time together and sharing its lively musical spirit both within and beyond the region.
Music is at the heart of Absolut Fidelia’s activities. The group performs at carnival events and other gatherings, and its website features information about upcoming appearances, its repertoire, and its musical activities. Members also take part in social events and travel together for performances, building connections with fellow Guggenmusik groups along the way.
Absolut Fidelia also participates in community occasions, including the Ironman event in Eschenbach, where it provides music and refreshments as part of the program. Visitors can follow the group’s news, tour reports, films, and photo galleries online, as well as find links to its Spotify, Instagram, and Facebook pages.
