Fiery Hearts

Fiery Hearts is a community-led wellbeing and arts organisation creating inclusive spaces for people to move, breathe, create and connect. Based in London, it offers public sessions and programmes across the city and the UK, welcoming people of all experience levels. Its activities include yoga and movement, sound baths, meditation, breathwork, relaxation workshops, and creative sessions using art, music and storytelling. Public offerings range from one-off events and short courses to seasonal gatherings, retreats and festivals.

Fiery Hearts also works with workplaces, schools, charities, community groups, cultural organisations and public bodies. Its workplace wellbeing services can be tailored for teams and delivered as single events, regular classes or parts of larger wellbeing days and conferences. Through Fiery Hearts CIC, the organisation provides funded and low-cost community programmes, including support for people facing isolation, mental health challenges or financial hardship. It collaborates with artists, facilitators, venues and local partners to develop accessible projects shaped by community needs.
