Team Fighting & Fitness Taekwon-Do is a martial arts club serving the communities of Gnesta, Flen and Mariefred. It welcomes new members and offers training for children, young people and adults, with classes arranged by age and experience. Programs include TKD Kids for ages 4–6, beginner and continuing groups for children aged 7–11, and beginner, continuing and advanced training for participants aged 12 and older.
The Flen timetable also includes sessions for ages 7–10 and 11 and up. The club provides opportunities to develop Taekwon-Do skills, learn about the sport and self-defence, and progress through grading. Members can also take part in competition activities, including dedicated training for the competition team and events for non-ranked classes.
Grading camps, seasonal training and summer activities complement the regular schedule. With a focus on participation and shared team spirit, Team Fighting & Fitness invites people to join its community and provides information about training, registration, fees, events and club activities through its website
