Fightness is a Malmö-based concept built around boxing-inspired fitness, designed for people who want an effective workout without unnecessary pressure. All classes are coach-led, non-contact, and structured, with each member training on their own bag. Sessions are 45 minutes long and built to fit into busy schedules, making consistency realistic even during demanding work periods. Fightness supports both physical health and mental clarity. Training here helps reduce stress, improve focus, and build confidence through repetition and progression. For beginners, we offer BASICS, a structured course that teaches fundamentals step by step. Members can also choose to combine their training with Hälsoprofilen, gaining access to a fully equipped gym under the same roof. In addition, Fightness offers corporate memberships, Team Building events and gym rental for companies and teams looking to invest in employee health, wellbeing, and long-term performance. After more than 12 years in Malmö, Fightness continues to grow by focusing on what professionals actually need: clarity, structure, and an environment that works long term.

About Fightness Gym
Fightness Gym is a unique fitness brand located in Malmö, Sweden. We are a welcoming community that emphasizes fitness and health without the need for traditional fighting. Our classes draw inspiration from martial arts but are designed for individuals of all levels, even if you've never trained before! At Fightness Gym, we believe in the power of training as a group while focusing on individual progress.
Each member has their own heavy-bag, allowing you to feel the energy from the group while giving you the space to concentrate on your own training. Our instructors, with extensive martial arts backgrounds, are dedicated to helping you reach your goals, no matter your starting point. Upon entering our gym, you become part of our close-knit family.
Our staff will guide you through the facilities, provide you with gloves, and even assist in hand wrapping if necessary.
