Welcome to Fight or Flight Academy in Edina, MN! We are a premier Parkour gym that has been teaching students how to do Parkour for over a decade. Our mission is to make Parkour accessible to everyone, regardless of their fitness level or experience. Whether you are a super gamer, firefighter, track star, or just an average Joe or Jill, we have classes designed for you.
If you're a first-timer, don't worry! Our classes are beginner-friendly and we offer a FREE personalized Parkour class for your first visit. Our experienced coaches will guide you through common foundational Parkour movements and ensure that your orientation follows a suitable pace for you. We focus on fun fitness for adults, but anyone older than 13 is welcome to join us.
At Fight or Flight Academy, safety is a priority. While our facility is designed to simulate real-world environments, our coaches will teach you the proper techniques and movements to keep yourself safe. We do not rely on foam pits or trampolines, as we want our students to comfortably apply their skills outside the gym.
Our pricing options are diverse, catering to individual needs, and all classes are paid for on a monthly tuition basis. We offer group coaching and have various class schedules to fit your convenience. Parkour is not just for men! We have a diverse community of men and women who engage in this creative and health-enhancing activity.
We believe that Parkour is for everyone, regardless of gender or body type. It's all about movement and progression. Join us at Fight or Flight Academy and experience the thrill of Parkour in a supportive and engaging environment.
